They immediately sent over a clear and concise 'to do'/action plan so we knew what to expect. As first time home owners they made this process very simplistic for us. Not to mention the NJ Mortgage lender APP that was extremely user friendly. This app allowed you to upload all of your documentation and also have a place where you could easily access those docs if you needed to pull them back up. There was a checklist to always know what to expect next and track when it was due. The app would send you notification reminders and another notification once complete. Mike and Meredith always made us feel like a top priority. No question was too big or small and their response time was instantaneous. It was a pleasure to work with the team and I will be recommending them both to my friends and family. Thank you for everything Mike and Meri!"
