"Client needs to know what to expect their part is in working to secure mortgage. Onslaught of tasks seemed like we the clients were doing all the work. And when individual tasks were accomplished we continued to receive emails as if tasks had not been taken care of, very confusing. Communication with real people is so important! Upon requesting a sit down meeting and face to face time with Erica our experience was so made so much better."
